The spooky future is now where artificial intelligence is real.
In case you have been living under a rock, artificial intelligence has been in development for about 6 years now, at least that’s as far back as I could trace it.

The prototype that pioneered this conversation was developed by Hanson Robotics in Hong Kong. They created a machine capable of communication with facial interactions. It is able to listen and respond with clear sentences that actually make sense. This debate shows just how developed they are getting.
Her [Left] name is Sophia and she looks *kind of* human, but still looks pretty man-made to me. She was the first of a couple other artificial intelligence.
So we have nothing to worry about… yeah wait hold on.

Boston Dynamics developed 4 legged machines that act like real life dogs or cats. They are agile. They can run, jump, and use different machine parts for different functions like picking up cups or opening doors. (That video made my jaw drop from the moment I saw it set up to open the door, and it got better and better as I watched.
This has a lot of potential. So much in fact that they didn’t stop there.

Boston Dynamics did it again and developed humanoid robots. Their “Atlas” project is also just as scary as the last two, but not nearly as well developed. It can jump, run, walk, and all around interact with its environment.
The future is now, as they say
And it’s only getting closer, because we are already there. The Atlas may be a bit on the clunky side, but he works better than I do.
